With our new out-of-office message feature, you can easily let your clients know when your team is away with a banner displayed at the top of their chat.

Turning on the out-of-office message

  1. Navigated to the Flow General settings page

  2. Just below the Clinic Hours you'll see a new section called Out-Of-Office Settings

    1. If you don't see the new settings, simply refresh the page to pull in the latest version of Flow.

  3. Toggle on the Out Of Office Message control

  4. Once on, you'll see a few additional options to customize the away message including:

    1. Out-Of-Office Headline - this will be the message shown at the top of the away message banner.

    2. Include Office Hours in out of office message - when enabled, this will display your Clinic Hours in the message just below your Out-Of-Office Headline

Client View

Your clients will see the out-of-office message banner at the top of their conversation view.

Note: this view will show up instantly on the conversation page right when your clinic is closed based on your Clinic Hours.

Your team will also be made aware of the out-of-office message showing to clients from within the conversation view.
