This article will help in making sure you know how to send yourself a receipt from the TeleVet Mobile App.
Once the consultation has been resolved, a receipt will automatically sent via email to the client.
- Be sure to check your junk folder or other inboxes you think it may be in
If you did not receive an email, follow these steps:
- Go to your TeleVet app
- Be sure to be on the 'My Pets' home screen
- Tap on the desired consultation (Not 'New Consultation')
- Scroll down till you see 'Resend Receipt' (see picture below)
Note: Clinics do not have the ability to (re)send a client their consultation receipt. ONLY the client may control that information.
