This article will help in making sure you know how to send yourself a receipt from the TeleVet Mobile App.
Once the consultation has been resolved, a receipt will automatically sent via email to the client.
Be sure to check your junk folder or other inboxes you think it may be in
If you did not receive an email, follow these steps:
Go to your TeleVet app
Be sure to be on the 'My Pets' home screen
Tap on the desired consultation (Not 'New Consultation')
Scroll down till you see 'Resend Receipt' (see picture below)
Note: Clinics do not have the ability to (re)send a client their consultation receipt. ONLY the client may control that information.
